I haven’t registered for a ticket. What should I do?

For members practising in Scotland and their guests, there is an Eventbrite registration for this event. As allocations are limited, we have opened a waiting list. Please access the Eventbrite link via your local district leader and register to join the waiting list.

For SGI-UK members from outside of Scotland, tickets have been allocated to specific people. There is no way for you to register for this event without being allocated a ticket.

As this is a ticketed event, do I need to bring my ticket confirmation to the event?

Yes, please bring your confirmation with you on your digital device and be ready to show it to the stewards as you enter Bute Hall. This is a PDF which will have been emailed to you. Printed copies of the confirmation will also be accepted.

Where are my tickets?

For SGI-UK members practising in Scotland and their guests, once you have booked tickets online via Eventbrite, your confirmation will be emailed to you. You can also download the Eventbrite app from the App Store and Google Play Store.

For SGI-UK members from outside of Scotland, you will receive confirmation in advance from SGI-UK.

Can I bring my young child with me?

As this event is aimed at teenagers (over 14) and adults, we do not have any activities planned for younger children. However, there will be a child-friendly space prepared in the Hunter Halls for parents of young children to view the event via live-stream. Please note that this is not a creche and parents will need to stay with their children to supervise them at all times.

You will still need to register to join this event from the space prepared in the Hunter Halls with children. Please email info.15thjune@gmail.com to let us know how many children will be accompanying you on the day.

Do you offer personal assistants/carers tickets?

Please email info.15thjune@gmail.com to share that your personal assistant/carer is accompanying you on the day.

I can no longer attend. Do I need to cancel my booking?

Yes, that way we can free up space to other attendees.

For members practising in Scotland and their guests, you should cancel your booking via Eventbrite. You can follow the instructions in this link: Cancel your free registration

For SGI-UK members from outside of Scotland, please email info.15thjune@gmail.com to cancel your booking.
